Return Policy

Merchandise (Residential Wallcovering) may be returned for a refund within (30) days of delivery, they must be unopened and in the original packaging; all you need to do is ship the wallpaper back to the stocking mill after obtaining a return authorization from us. We will process your refund within 48 hours of it being received and inspected by the mill.

If the return is due to a manufacturer defect, or our error, we will issue a full refund within 30 Days of delivery of the product to your address. If the return is due to buyer’s remorse, a pattern mismatch due to reorder without a run/batch number, or any other reason, a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the product refund amount to ensure the continued quality of our products and services. Please note that any shipping fees paid with original order are non-refundable.

Please note: We cannot accept returns after the 30 days of the receipted delivery, no exceptions. We cannot accept returns on Wallpaper Adhesive or Commercial Products at any time. We cannot accept opened or altered rolls at anytime.

Re-Stocking Fee

There is a 35% re-stocking fee on all returns unless there is a manufacturer defect in the product or we have made an error in processing your order. We understand that wallpaper might look different in person than its online representation which is why we strongly suggest first ordering samples before placing your actual order. If you need help ordering, or you are unsure about measurements, please give us a call or e-mail so we can assist you.

Please note that under normal circumstances we do not waive re-stocking fees for patterns being different in person than on the computer screen, receiving a different run number if you did not inform us of a re-order, buyer's remorse, or changing your mind after the order has been shipped.

Setting Up A Return

To initiate a return, please enter the required information at the bottom of this page related to your return request. We will then email or mail your return authorization number to you, based on your preference. Please do not send items back to us without a return authorization. Our customer service staff will not know to process your refund without a return authorization.

Please do not send returns back to our office address as they will be returned back to sender-- We will provide you with the return address to ship your return to once your return request has been accepted and processed.

Return Eligibility

Wallpaper must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please do not assemble or modify the product in any way.

Commercial 52-54" wallcovering cannot be returned for any reason unless an actual manufacturer defect is found. 

Residential wallcovering can ONLY be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Scalamandré, Mini Moderns, Erica Wakerly, Eijffinger or any other (European) specialty lines cannot be returned once it's shipped out.

Packaging and Sending Your Returns

Please fill out the form below accurately with all the requested information. If the form is filled out incompletely or inaccurate information is received, it will result in delayed authorization for return or rejection of authorization. 

Our customer service personnel will be happy to assist you with this process. Here is the typical return process:

  • A Returns Department representative will process your return within 3-4 business days of your request. (at this time we are experiencing delays in processing Autorization numbers due to COVID-19 due to safety precautions set in place at our issuing mills. Please be patient as we will process it's eligibility as soon as possible)
  • We e-mail back the return authorization number allowing you to return the product. 
  • You pack the rolls, in their original condition, back into the box the items arrived in. 
  • Place the return authorization number or write it on the outside of the box.
  • Drop the package off at FedEx, UPS, or a carrier of your choosing if not specified before hand to the return address we provide you.
  • Please do not send returns back to our office address as they will be returned back to sender. We will provide you with the return address to ship your return to once your return request has been accepted and processed.
  • We highly recommend sending returns back with a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damage returns due to shipping. 

Samples (Non-Returnable)

All samples are non-refundable and not returnable for store credit.

54" Commercial Wallcovering (Non-Returnable)

Contract commercial vinyl wallcoverings and decorative ceiling panels cannot be returned unless the bolts are found defective or damaged. This includes any 54 inch wide commercial vinyl goods that are cut at the mill. Note: if it can only be ordered in 30-yd bolts, then it falls under this category. We strongly suggest ordering a sample before placing your order to ensure proper color matching. If you already have a sample, feel free to contact us to make certain you are ordering that exact same pattern.

We cannot allow for refunds or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, different run numbers, or the pattern not looking exactly in person as it did on the computer screen. Product page images are a digital representation of the actual pattern. You are not only welcome but encouraged to contact us to verify pattern numbers, SKUs, color matches, and good stock before placing your order.

After clicking "Submit" your information will be sent to our Returns Department and we will work to determine eligibility on the requested return and get a Return Authorization sent back to you if eligible. You will receive an email with the Return Authorization within (3-4) Business Days after Requesting the Return Authorization if your order is eligible.
